Bone and Tissue Builder

Having two "wild" boys, I have had my share of broken bones, stitches and many other injuries resulting in open wounds, bruises, and torn tissue.  I have also had older friends and family ask what they can do for deteriorating bones, and after prayerfully considering these specific concerns was guided to this formula for rebuilding bones and tissue.

This blend can be used internally, externally or my favorite - both!  This can be made into an extract, herbal capsules, oil, salve, soak, bath, compress and wash.  I personally like to take it internally to work on building the inside as well as topically to work from the outside in.

Ingredients

6 parts comfrey (can replace with nettle if not using comfrey internally)

3 parts horsetail

3 parts alfalfa

2 parts white oak bark

2 parts plantain

1 part rosehips

1 part lobelia

General Guidelines for Dosage

Take 2 capsules or dropperfuls with meals until desired results are met.  This will differ from person to person so if you feel you need more - take more.  If you feel you need less - take less.  If using in salve form, apply every evening before bed or as often as needed.  For open flesh wounds, I apply salve as often as it is absorbed by the body until it is healed.

Personal Experience

I generally use this in salve form and it is one I am constantly making up with how much I use it and give away to friends and family. I have used it on severe cases of eczema (along with the gut healing regimen to heal from the inside out), dry chapped skin, rashes, poison oak, flesh wounds, injuries of all kinds including fractures and broken bones, sprains, and sports injuries, joint pain and inflammation, bruising, and pretty much anything bone and tissue related. I had a friend slip on ice and severely broke her wrist. She had surgery for the shattered bones and the doctor told her to expect at least a year of recovery. Her bones were healing so quickly that after only two weeks all of the swelling had gone down and the bones were fusing together, by four weeks the bones were completely healed. She and her doctor were both amazed, as was I!
