Gut Soother Formula
I was guided to create this formula when I working on healing my son's gut after a dose of antibiotics had wiped out his immune system and damaged his intestinal tract. It can be used to soothe, support, strengthen and heal the gut by tightening "leaks" and soothing inflammation. It can also help with any digestive and stomach issues.

The herbs in this blend are very palatable so it makes a great tea but can also be made into an extract, syrup or capsules.
Ingredients
3 parts plantain
3 parts calendula
3 parts spearmint (or other mint species)
3 parts chamomile
2 parts ginger
Personal Experience
I successfully used the extract for healing my son's gut and my own as part of the Gut Healing Program I felt directed to create. I have also used it for upset stomach and cramping.
Basic Dosage
All the herbs in this formula are tonic herbs that are like food for the gut. The are just guidelines, use your own intuition on what will work best for your situation.
1-2 tsp per 1 cup water, steeped for 10-15 for tea. Drink a cup after each meal.
2 dropperfuls of extract with meals for adult
1 dropperful of extract with meals for child
